Supporters of the Red Sox Foundation and the Massachusetts General Hospital Home Base Program gathered in Chestnut Hill on Tuesday night to celebrate the launch of “Mission Gratitude,” which will be a night of entertainment (Sept. 23) at Symphony Hall featuring musicians, comedians, celebrities, and Red Sox personalities. No word on the lineup just yet, but chairs for the event are Jack Connors, David Ginsberg of Fenway Sports Group, Mass. General President Peter Slavin, Tom Werner of the Red Sox, and Joseph Hooley of State Street Corp. We assume those guys can bring in some pretty big headliners. Tuesday’s party was held at the home of Nancy Adams. Guests included Joe Goodwin and his wife, Victoria, and Slavin, who attended with his wife, Lori.
