It was a Sudbury family affair at the GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday night. "Captain America" star Chris Evans and his brother, actor Scott Evans, brought their still-local mom, Lisa Evans, to the event to walk the red carpet and join them onstage. (Lisa was also Chris's date to the Oscars in February). Other guests at the ceremony included Jennifer Lawrence, who left the Boston-area shoot of her new David O. Russell film to honor former president Bill Clinton with the night's Advocate for Change award. Charlize Theron — who was recently in Boston to produce a television pilot — was also there with Leonardo DiCaprio to present the Stephen F. Kolzak Award to entertainment lawyer Steve Warren. Warren went to Harvard Law and, according to GLAAD's profile, "served as the first out gay man on the Board of Trustees for the Center for Early Education and currently serves as the first out gay man on the Board of Trustees at the Archer School for Girls."
