Foodie shop the Bee’s Knees Supply Co., which is near Flour in Fort Point, had an opening party on Wednesday night. Guests included chef Ming Tsai, whose Blue Dragon restaurant is just down the street. . . . James DiSabatino, of the local food truck Roxy’s Grilled Cheese, says he’s signed a lease for a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Allston. He says he expects to open this fall. Roxy’s has two trucks on the road right now. . . . What will they think of next? A new blowdry lounge called Be Styled — hairstyle options include “be swirly” and “be sleek” — opened this week at The Street lifestyle center in Chestnut Hill, and a few fancy folks were there. Cheering founding partners Corey Bialow, Trippe Lonian, and Nick Penna Jr. were WS Devlopment’s Jeremy Sclar, SalonCapri’s Gina Penna, interior designer Nanette Lewis, Rebecca Stein of National Amusements, and Be Styled architect Josh Slater from Studio 3.0.
