Lauren Bush Lauren and David Lauren were honored by UNICEF at its annual Children’s Champion Award Dinner at the MFA the other night. If their names sound familiar, they should: She’s a model/designer and niece of former president George W. Bush and he’s the son of fashion designer Ralph Lauren. The two, who, by the way, make an attractive couple, were honored for their work “ensuring the survival and development of children around the world,” joining previous recipients of the Next Generation Award Nelson Mandela, Queen Noor, Princess Caroline, David Ortiz, and Trudie Styler and her husband, Sting. . . . Actress Leighton Meester and boyfriend Adam Brody dined at Legal Sea Foods Long Wharf location Monday. Meester’s in town shooting “The Judge” with Robert Downey Jr.
