As inveterate soap opera fans — Luke and Laura on “General Hospital” and Mac and Rachel on “Another World” taught us everything we know about relationships — we were awfully excited to learn that Kristian Alfonso and Lauren Koslow were coming to the Barnes & Noble in Framingham. The “Days of Our Lives” duo, both Boston area natives, were in town Wednesday promoting “Days of Our Lives Better Living,” a book that gives the show’s many fans a glimpse of the stars’ lifestyles and beauty secrets. (Bold accessories and something called a Brazilian Bombshell Smoothie are apparently essential.) As you might expect, Alfonso, who plays Hope, and Koslow, who plays the villainous Kate Roberts — mother of six, ex-wife to four — drew a large crowd of admirers.
