Emerson writer-in-residence Jon Papernick, “Rock and Roll Will Save Your Life” and “Candyfreak” author Steve Almond, and “Confessions of a Kinky Divorcee” author Lana Fox got sexy during the Harvard Book Store’s Friday-night program “50 Shades of Hot: A Night of Erotica to Make You Blush.” The trio read their own R- and X-rated works to celebrate Valentine’s Day. . . . Giovanni Morant and Kelsey Evelyn were among the guests at “Taste of WGBH: Who Loves Chocolate More, Beer or Wine?,” a night of pairings and romance at the WGBH studio in Brighton.
