Mass. musician Jillian Jensen tried to maintain a good attitude after judges decided to drop her from the pack of female “American Idol” finalists on Tuesday night. After Jennifer Lopez, Harry Connick Jr., and Keith Urban made the surprise announcement that Jensen and a few other contenders would be going home before they could compete for audience votes, Jensen choppily tweeted, “Giving up on ur dream. Accepting defeat. That’s easy. But getting up when u get knocked down . . Now that determination, something u can’t deny.” Jensen said she planned to spend Wednesday night with her dad in Vegas.
