Conor Oberst has filed a lawsuit claiming he was libeled by a woman who wrote in online posts that she was sexually assaulted by the singer-songwriter. The civil suit, filed in a Manhattan federal court, says the woman posted accusations in December that Oberst raped her a decade ago, when she was 16, in North Carolina. Oberst has denied the allegation. (AP)
