Parks friends celebrate Toni Pollak with party

Commonwealth Shakespeare Company’s Artistic Director Steven Maler joined (from second left) outgoing Parks Commissioner Toni Pollak , former Boston first lady Angela Menino, and Emerald Necklace Conservancy president Julie Crockford at the Fairmont Copley Plaza for a party in Pollack’s honor Wednesday night. She’s retiring after doing the job since 2002. Other guests included Franklin Park Coalition executive director Christine Poff and Lyn Paget, a fourth-generation operator of the Swan Boats.
