Chef Jody Adams hosted the 5th Annual Women's Luncheon at her Charles Hotel restaurant Rialto on Wednesday. The topic for this year’s discussion was “If Women in White Aren’t in the Picture, They’re Not in the Picture,” which focused on the visibility of female chefs. Victoria Budson, founding executive director of Harvard Kennedy School’s Women and Public Policy Program, led a panel that included Food & Wine Magazine editor in chief Dana Cowin, Women Online founder Morra Aarons-Mele; and chef Traci Des Jardins of San Francisco restaurant Jardiniere.
