Celebrities spotted here, there around Boston

Cape Cod lucked out with warm-ish weather for its annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday. This year’s Grand Marshal was “Mad Fisherman” Charlie Moore (right). The 2014 parade theme was “Irish Sporting Pastimes.” (We assume fishing is on the list.) . . . “Twilight” and “Nurse Jackie” star Peter Facinelli, in town to film the NBC pilot “Odyssey,” was seen dining at Red Lantern in a party of six on Friday night. Facinelli seems to be investing in the community during his stay. On Saturday, he asked his 2 million followers to donate money to support Framingham High School’s upcoming service trip to Costa Rica. He explained, “Ran into some fans while filming #Odyssey who were working on this project. Help them achieve their goal.” . . . Detroit Pistons assistant coach and former Celtic Rasheed Wallace, in town to face the C’s Sunday night, was spotted at Legal Sea Foods in Park Square over the weekend. . . . Comedian Chelsea Handler was at the same Legals before her Saturday night show at the Wang.
