Ryan Serhant, a Topsfield native who appears on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing,” will be in town April 23 to give a talk at 99 Westcliff Road in Weston on behalf of Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. Real Estate. We’re told Serhant will be sharing tips to an invitation-only group of brokers, and will probably talk a bit about his role in the new Noah Baumbach movie, “While We’re Young.” (Serhant plays a moronic hedge fund manager.) . . . “Wait Wait . . . Don’t Tell Me!” has tapped Red Sox-inspired poet Dick Flavin to be a special guest during its live taping in Boston on April 16. The NPR radio show tapes at the Wang Theatre. . . . New Kid Donnie Wahlberg and social media celebrities Jack Gilinsky and Jack Johnson (of “Jack & Jack”) will be at the April 11 opening of Verizon’s new Destination Store on Boylston Street.
