Oscar-winning "An Inconvenient Truth" director Davis Guggenheim was at the Kendall Square Theatre on Wednesday night to screen his latest documentary, "He Named Me Malala," about Nobel Peace Prize recipient Malala Yousafzai. The film opens Oct. 9. During his visit, which was hosted by Globe Docs and the Pluralism Project at Harvard University, Guggenheim said his favorite movie at the Toronto International Film Festival was the Boston feature "Spotlight."
