Jenny Dell spent Tuesday morning without her husband. “Will is already at the Brewers facility, preparing for Spring Training,” Dell explained, via text, of former Red Sox player Will Middlebrooks, whom she married on Valentine’s Day. Dell, meanwhile, was still in Scottsdale, Ariz., entertaining friends and relatives who were in town for the long weekend. She said the wedding festivities included a welcome party at the couple’s new home on Friday, a cocktail party on Saturday, the Sunday nuptials, and a brunch and pool party on Monday. “So, the party continues!” she texted. Former NESN reporter Dell and Middlebrooks went public about their romance in 2013, when Middlebrooks was still a Sox third baseman. The relationship led to Dell leaving her job in 2014. She’s now on a year-to-year contract with CBS as an NFL sideline reporter. The Milwaukee Brewers signed Middlebrooks to a minor-league deal in December. Dell and Middlebrooks’s wedding party included Patriot Nate Solder and former Pats’ backup QB Ryan Mallett. The couple’s wedding song was “Can’t Help Falling in Love.” Dell reports: “My cousin, Eric Schwortz, played guitar and sang it as I walked down the aisle. We danced to the Ingrid Michaelson version for our first dance.”
