Former Fox 25 morning news anchor Shannon Mulaire is returning to the airwaves in Boston. Mulaire, who currently anchors "Early TODAY" on NBC and "First Look" on MSNBC, is joining NECN as anchor and reporter starting April 4. Mulaire, a Wellesley College grad, worked at Fox 25 for nearly five years.
