It looks like Rob Gronkowski’s on-again off-again relationship with Camille Kostek might be off again. The Patriots tight end has been spied in South Beach in recent days with Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Hailey Clauson. Gronk and the pneumatic blonde model did a shoot together for GQ during which Gronk wore a “Honk If You Love Gronk” T-shirt and Clauson wore, well, we’re not sure if it was a negligee or sexy chain mail.
