The new season of “Rock This Boat: New Kids on the Block” starts June 1, and we just viewed another video clip from the first episode, when Donnie Wahlberg talks about preparing for the group’s four-day cruise with their fans, and how little sleep they get on the trip.

“I don’t plan on sleeping for the next four days, so if I don’t have the proper pick me up. . .” At that point, Wahlberg pauses and then looks directly at the camera and says, “that sounds like drugs, but it’s not.”

The scene then shows him on his knees emptying the contents of a mini-fridge, desperately searching for a can of sugar-free Red Bull.

“There’s no Red Bull. I mean there’s Red Bull, but it’s not sugar-free,” says Wahlberg, as he rummages through the mini-fridge in his hotel room.

“I need a lot of Red Bull, a lot of caffeine, and a lot of boosters,” Wahlberg confesses. “Does that sound like drugs again? It’s not drugs.”

The scene ends with Jordan Knight arriving at his hotel room. Wahlberg greets him with a heartfelt “Yo!” and the two pop stars embrace and start jumping up and down.

“Now it’s official,” says Wahlberg. “When Jordan and I get together, now it’s time for the fun to begin.”

The second season of “Rock This Boat” premieres on Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. on Pop.
