Boston Landmarks Orchestra’s 15th anniversary gala

Boston Landmarks Orchestra executive director Jo Frances Meyer, BLO music director Christopher Wilkins, honoree Ambassador Swanee Hunt, and Boston Philharmonic Orchestra conductor Benjamin Zander were among those who attended the Boston Landmarks Orchestra’s 15th anniversary gala at the Mandarin Oriental Boston hotel on Saturday night. One highlight of the evening was Wilkins and Hunt’s choreographed dance to the James Brown song “I Feel Good.” The Rev. Liz Walker was the emcee of the event. Other VIP guests included former governor Michael Dukakis and wife Kitty , Smoki Bacon, Dick Concannon, state Senator Sonia Chang-Diaz, Vivien Li, Douglas Foy, Ann and Graham Gund, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum director Peggy Fogelman, Harvard professor Howard Gardner, gala co-chairs Appy and Susan Chandler, CNN senior political analyst David Gergen, and Myran Parker-Brass, the executive director for the arts for Boston Public Schools.
