Something tells us President Trump won’t be tuning into the 2018 Golden Globe Awards.

That’s because one of his fiercest — and funniest — critics will be hosting the show. New Hampshire native Seth Meyers has been chosen by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association to emcee the 75th annual ceremony Jan. 7.

The “Late Night” host has skewered Trump relentlessly over the past several months, which should surprise no one. Meyers made his opinion of Trump known a long time ago. At the 2011 White House Correspondents’ Dinner, Meyers mocked The Donald, saying: “Donald Trump has been saying he will be running for president [in 2012] as a Republican, which is surprising because I just assumed he will be running as a joke.”

Jimmy Fallon hosted last year’s Golden Globe Awards. The Golden Globe nominations will be announced Dec. 11.
