Robert Kraft was, as usual, among the guests at Elton John’s Oscar party, and the Patriots owner was with girlfriend Ricki Lander, whose new baby is not — we repeat, not — Kraft’s. (At least that’s what the statement issued last week by the team said.)
The 76-year-old billionaire businessman and the 38-year-old actress-model attended Maha Dakhil’s Creative Artists Agency party Friday, where they hobnobbed with the likes of Scarlett Johansson, Salma Hayek, and Leonardo DiCaprio. At Sir Elton’s annual bash, the couple watched as the Rocket Man jammed with hyped newcomers Greta Van Fleet.
Kraft called John a “wonderful human being” with whom he developed a friendship in the late 1980s.
“He is just one of the most genuine, caring people and we’ve established a great rapport,” The Pats owner said. “What he and [husband] David (Furnish) do with this charity is amazing and has such an impact.”
Later, Kraft and Lander made their way to the Vanity Fair party, where the A-list always ends Oscar night. Guests included Mary J. Blige, Kobe Bryant, Drake, Quincy Jones, best supporting actress winner Allison Janney, “Hamilton” creator Lin-Manuel Miranda, and on and on.
