You won’t ‘cash’ too many people at Bhad Bhabie’s show

We mentioned Monday that we’re not looking forward to 15-year-old Danielle Bregoli’s performance at the Middle East in May, and apparently we’re not alone.

The news that Bregoli, who somehow parlayed an appearance on “Dr. Phil” into a career as a rapper known as Bhad Bhabie, will be performing in Boston is being met with ridicule on social media. A post on the Middle East’s Facebook page hyping the May 11 show is being mercilessly mocked.

If you’re not familiar with Bregoli, she became a social media personality overnight after an appearance on “Dr. Phil” during which the teen said “cash me outside, how ’bout da?” (We think that means “catch me outside, how about that?”) Here’s a clip of the infamous utterance.

The appearance launched a thousand memes, which very quickly went viral, and now Bregoli is Bhad Bhabie, a rapper of sorts with 421,000 followers on Twitter. The stop at the Middle East is part of her “Bhanned in the U.S.A.” tour, which ends in June at The Roxy in Los Angeles.
