At the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), Casey Affleck shared a positive update regarding his brother Ben Affleck’s battle with alcohol addiction.

The younger Affleck brother, 43, briefly discussed his sibling’s visit to rehab during an “Entertainment Tonight” interview at the premiere of his new film, “The Old Man and the Gun,” which received a standing ovation Monday night.

“He’s doing great,” Casey Affleck told “ET.” “He’s in rehab and he’s recovering and seems to be doing well.”

Casey Affleck also talked about his older brother’s most recent visit to rehab in an interview with “Extra” at the film festival.
