‘Project Role Model’ fashion show a fund-raising hit for Big Sister Boston

About 400 guests attended Big Sister Boston’s “Project Role Model” fashion show Wednesday at the Fairmont Copley Plaza hotel. The evening, which featured notable Bostonians and Big and Little Sisters hitting the runway, a cocktail reception, and a silent auction, raised $200,000 for the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston. The organization supports mentoring and enrichment programs for girls in the area. The fashion show was emceed by WBZ-TV anchor Lisa Hughes. Jane Deery, CEO of PGR Media, was the evening’s honoree. Event co-chairs were Lisa Collins and Amy Lund, both of Wellesley.
