A home near Taylor Swift’s R.I. mansion is on the market for $18.9 million

For Taylor Swift fans, being neighbors with the pop star is a dream. But for someone with an available $18.9 million, it could be a reality.

$18.9 million is the listing price for the 10,000-square-foot home at 10 Bluff Ave. in Westerly, R.I., that sits on a bluff overlooking the ocean and down the street from Swift’s own house.

Swift has owned her more-than-11,000-square-foot mansion in Rhode Island since 2013, when she reportedly bought it in cash for about $17 million, according to TMZ. The singer-songwriter is known for having thrown major Fourth of July parties at the house in the past. Last month, an allegedly stolen car crashed into Swift’s gate.

Built in 1903, the 10 Bluff Ave. home has been “reimagined” by well-known designer Giancarlo Valle, according to the property’s listing. The home features nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two kitchens, five fireplaces, and one library. A deck with a limestone pool overlooks the ocean.

The home sits on over 3 acres of land and offers a “360-degree view” of the Atlantic and 160 feet of beach frontage, including a beach cabana.
