    Traveling tailor shop provides custom clothing

    Men’s online custom clothier Indochino has set up a traveling tailor shop in Back Bay through April 15. The Vancouver-based company specializes in trim suits and button-down shirts at reasonable prices (custom suits start at $379 and custom shirts start at $79), though there are
    chinos, ties, belts, and other accessories as well. Book a fitting with a tailor and stylist at
    Anyone purchasing a suit will get a free dress shirt and gift set with cuff links and a tie clip (a $157 value). The pop-up shop is at 234 Clarendon St., Boston.
    Appointments are available weekdays 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.


    West Elm Market — a new shop-within-a-shop at the Boston home furnishings store — has cutlery and cutting boards marked down 20 percent through Monday and cookware and bakeware marked down 20 percent through April 29. The Market carries functional yet aesthetically pleasing basics, including kitchen, garden, and housekeeping items and personal care supplies (soaps, lotions, candles). The shop’s official grand opening is April 13 with free coffee and treats. West Elm Market (at West Elm) is at 160 Brookline Ave., Boston, 617-450-9500.

    The White Lilac in Manchester-by-the-Sea is offering 15 percent off any one item and 20 percent off purchases of two or more items on Saturday to mark its anniversary.
