Tory Burch doesn’t have the lock on tunics. This fall, top Indian fashion label Payal Singhal teams up with the Burlington-based Desai Foundation to support the organization’s vocational program that trains women in rural India in employable sewing skills. The exclusive line features tunics, dresses, jackets, saris, bags, and scarves in lotus and peacock prints, with the bags and men’s accessories being handmade by women participating in the program.
