Recipe: Miso ginger salad dressing

Makes enough for 4 servings

1piece (1-inch) fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
½clove garlic, thinly sliced
¼cup water
2tablespoons rice vinegar
2tablespoons red miso
1tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1tablespoon honey
3tablespoons olive oil
1tablespoon toasted sesame oil

1. In a blender, finely chop the ginger and garlic.
