Tales from the City

Calling in the town to help with a downed limb.

We have a big, very old tree at the edge of our front yard. Recently one of the major branches snapped at the base, falling across our road and blocking half of it. As my son stood in amazement and asked what we were going to do, I replied, “Don’t worry, Dad is calling the town and they are coming to help.” With that my son replied, “Wow! The entire town is coming? That’s so nice of everyone!”
