Prosciutto-wrapped asparagus in Salem

At Great Escape, enough meat to satisfy someone who prefers the ham to the green.

One was involtini di prosciutto and asparagus, the crunchy stalks of the vegetable wrapped in enough meat to satisfy someone who prefers the ham to the green. — Meredith Goldstein
