A Restaurant’s Take

Simple fish prepared beautifully at 75 on Liberty Wharf

At this tiny restaurant on Boston’s waterfront, try the wild salmon or the fillet of cod.

The team behind Beacon Hill’s 75 Chestnut has created a new place set against the twinkling lights of the harbor. You open the front door of 75 on Liberty Wharf and realize just how small it is: fewer than a dozen tables seating about 60, with the same number on the deck. Entrees are simple favorites prepared with skill. Fillet of cod is moist below a crisp sear, topped with a citrus butter sauce. Wild salmon (pictured) is accompanied by lentils and vegetables.   — Dan Zedek
