Gustazo Cuban Cafe in Belmont is the real deal. Puerco asado, slow-roasted pork with traditional mojo sauce, served with white rice, black beans, and plantains with tres leches flan for dessert is a good initiation — but you cannot order the wrong thing from the small menu. Sit in the back room, where the decor will take you to Havana on a warm night.  — Rachel Travers
