Tales From the City

A heckler on the golf course

15th tee shenanigans in Ipswich.

Our deck overlooks the 15th tee box at Turner Hill. We are perched up high, so many times the golfers are unaware that we are watching them. Our 2-year-old granddaughter had her face squeezed between the posts watching a gentleman step up to the tee. He took a practice shot, and she screamed out: “He missed it!” His head jerked up and he glared at us. We had a hard time trying not to laugh as he drove away in a huff.
