Tim and Bronwyn Wiechmann, the team behind T.W. Food, in May opened a second restaurant, Bronwyn, showcasing the dishes of Central Europe, especially sausage. Yet many of the menu’s finest moments are refined renderings of other, less familiar dishes, depicted in the medium of New England’s seasonal ingredients. Biernudeln are a good option, the wide, silky pasta made with dark beer, combined with lively, strong flavors — the evening we were there, sugar snap peas, Swiss chard, mustard, and blue cheese.   — Devra First
