Treats on Washington Bakery & Cafe is an inviting spot owned by Jessica Brown and Dana Briley, friends and Culinary Institute of America graduates. Among the many holiday confections on offer are individual apple-cranberry crostadas. They’ll be on the menu at least through the first week of December.  —  Rachel Travers
