WHAT MAKES HIM A CATCH?
I’m motivated, opinionated, yet sweet and spontaneous. I really enjoy going out and being social.

> GET READY
ANDY I work right in the area, so I hung out for a bit and then headed to a friend’s place to get ready.
SEAN I went to the gym to unwind from the day and mentally prep for a date with a complete stranger.
ANDY I’ve been on a million blind dates in my life, so I wasn’t really nervous at all.
SEAN The only thing on my mind was not showing up late.
ANDY I won’t say that a few butterflies weren’t flitting around in my stomach.
SEAN I walked in just a few minutes before the scheduled reservation.
> GET SET
ANDY He was escorted over to my table.
SEAN Andy had a bright smile and friendly eyes.
ANDY [He was] handsome and very well dressed.
SEAN When I arrived, Andy had already ordered a glass of wine (totally my style).
ANDY The waitress [asked] what he wanted to drink. He told her, “I’ll have what he’s having.”
SEAN We began to discuss how our days went, what we do for work, where we went to school, etc.
ANDY The food was delicious [and] the service was great.
SEAN From the moment I sat down, Andy and I found something to talk about.
ANDY We talked about how he heard about Dinner With Cupid.
SEAN We discussed where we grew up and what brought us to Boston.
ANDY We both work in creative fields.
SEAN We both enjoy working out in the morning.
ANDY He has a cool job. . . . I was really impressed by it.
SEAN I was quite comfortable throughout the evening.
ANDY We had a great, stimulating conversation the entire time.
SEAN It was a nice night with steady conversation.
ANDY He seemed like someone I could have a lot of fun with, [but] I think because we are both very high energy and fun, we may not work best romantically.
SEAN We didn’t have much in common other than a few interests.
ANDY We stayed for a few drinks and realized it was getting late.
SEAN We were going in opposite directions.
ANDY We hugged goodbye at my bus stop.
SEAN He asked for my number.
ANDY We connected on [a friend] level, I think, and to me that is sometimes even better.
> SECOND DATE?
ANDY I’m not sure I would call it a date, but I would love to hang out again.
SEAN I don’t think there will be another date. I wasn’t feeling anything more than friendly conversation.
