A Restaurant’s Take

At Pho Le in Dorchester, the soup’s the thing

In Dorchester, steam wafts straight up from a gigantic bowl of noodle soup . . .

Lane Turner/Globe staff/file

At Pho Le in Dorchester, steam wafts straight up from a gigantic bowl of soup, tender slices of beef floating in the clear broth, a mound of thin rice noodles at the bottom of the bowl. This Vietnamese pho is accompanied by a plate piled high with mint, cinnamon basil, and bean sprouts.  — Matt Barber
