Attleboro police said a 15-year-old boy was arraigned in juvenile court on charges including attempted murder after an attack on his 63-year-old neighbor. A search warrant affidavit said Paula McMurrough was reading in bed Wednesday when the teen taped her ankles and wrists and dragged her to another room. Police said the woman was kicked and stabbed in the neck and is recovering from serious injuries not believed to be life-threatening. The boy also drove her to a pond and pushed her in, but then helped her out of the water.
