Coach charged with attempted murder

The wrestling coach at Foxborough High School was arraigned Monday on charges of attempted murder and domestic assault and battery, Foxborough police said. James Fraser, 45, was arrested Sunday at his home in Foxborough after a 911 call from a woman who said her husband had choked her, police said. Fraser was arraigned in Wrentham District Court, police said. Debra L.
