Police have arrested a 13-year-old New Haven boy accused of driving a stolen car. Hamden and New Haven police pursued the vehicle through Hamden on Sunday before the driver and another occupant fled on foot. A police dog then caught the driver, but the second individual was not found. The 13-year-old is charged with third-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer, reckless driving, engaging an officer in pursuit, and operating without a license.
