Police in Rhode Island have arrested a 31-year-old Providence woman following an investigation into a handwritten bomb threat found in a bathroom at a factory. Detective David DeAngelis said Wednesday that Khampio Inlavongsa will be arraigned on charges of felony threatening to place a bomb in a public building. Police said Kenney Manufacturing was evacuated April 18 after a worker found a note in a woman’s bathroom stating that a bomb had been placed in the factory. No explosives were found. DeAngelis said investigators are looking into whether the threat is related to a dispute with factory management.
