Police say a 20-year-old Manchester woman sexually assaulted a 3-year-old girl and sent images of the assault to a US Air Force officer stationed in Japan. Manchester police say they began their investigation last month, after members of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations notified them that an active duty officer was receiving Skype messages containing sexually explicit images of a young child. Police have charged Erin Upham with aggravated felonious sexual assault and manufacturing and distributing child sexual abuse images.
