Randolph police arrest two men and two women after attempted armed robbery

Two men and two women from Randolph were arrested, and about a dozen residents on Nelson Drive were evacuated after an attempted armed robbery in an apartment complex Tuesday, authorities said. Randolph police Lieutenant Charles Thistle said Macanthony Sanon, 22, and Milor J. Nerette, 20, allegedly invited a man to the four-building complex on Nelson Drive to buy marijuana, but then attempted to rob him at gunpoint. Police arrested Milor at the complex at 4:30 p.m., but Sanon allegedly hid in another apartment unit, possibly armed with a handgun, Thistle said. Two unidentified women who allegedly helped Nerette hide were also arrested, he said.
