Libraries: Closed.

Schools: Closed.

Mail: No mail delivery or pickup. Post offices are closed.

MBTA: Subway, buses, commuter rail, commuter boats, and the RIDE will operate on a Sunday schedule. For more information, contact the MBTA Customer Communications Department at 617-222-3200.

Boston traffic rules: Parking meters are not in effect. All other traffic rules apply. The tow lot will be closed Sunday and Monday. There will be no daytime street sweeping on Monday.

Trash/recycling collection: Collection will be delayed one day for the remainder of the week, except in downtown Boston, Beacon Hill, the Back Bay, Roxbury, and South Boston.
