A Middlesex Superior Court jury found a Lowell man guilty Tuesday of first-degree murder in the 2009 shooting deaths of two brothers, said Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan’s office. A sentencing hearing is scheduled at 10 a.m. Wednesday for Timothy Brown, 25. Brown fatally shot Luis, 34, and Hector Delgado, 37, on Oct. 23, 2009, as he broke in and attempted to rob their home on Marshall Terrace in Lowell, the district attorney’s office said. Brown is one of five codefendants in the deaths; one of them, Ariel Hernandez, 25, of Lowell, was found guilty in a separate jury trial in April 2012.
