Maine State Police say propane is the likely cause of an explosion at a Yarmouth condominium complex that killed one man. Spokesman Steve McCausland said investigators have collected appliances and piping from the building that exploded and will examine them to determine if there was a propane leak. McCausland said the body of Peter Corey, 66, was found in the rubble of his condo, which exploded Tuesday morning. Officials say that some of the nearby condos were left uninhabitable and that three residents of the complex suffered minor injuries.
