A 26-year-old Pawtucket, R.I., man arrested last weekend in Attleboro was found to have more than three times the legal limit of alcohol in his blood, authorities said. Joseph Ciesynski, 26, was arrested after a patrol officer saw him driving his 2005 gray Toyota through a red light at 1:19 a.m. Saturday, according to Attleboro police Sergeant Arthur Brillon. Ciesynski’s blood alcohol level was 0.27 percent; the legal limit is 0.8 percent. He was charged with operating under the influence and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Ciesynski pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Monday, according to Gregg Miliote, a spokesman for the Bristol district attorney.
