Man accused of rape in Mass. is arrested in N.H.

The US Marshals Service said a man sought in Massachusetts on a charge of raping a child has been arrested in Salem, N.H. Domingo Palma of Litchfield, N.H., was arrested at a workplace by the Marshals Service Task Force Wednesday night. Palma, 60, was taken to the Salem Police Department to face a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He will be held at the Rockingham County Jail, pending his initial court appearance in New Hampshire and eventual return to Massachusetts.
