After further investigation of a fatal hit-and-run in Middleborough, authorities said they are looking for a 2005-2009 light-colored Jeep Grand Cherokee, Plymouth District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz’s office said Monday. About 7 p.m. Friday, police found Michael A. Dutra, 58, of Taunton, who had been struck and killed while riding his bike around the 200 block of Wood Road. The Jeep suspected in the incident may have damage to the front bumper and a shattered right headlight lens, said Cruz’s office. Anyone with information is urged to contact Middleborough police or State Police.
