Three Brighton men pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges of dealing heroin in Brighton and Revere, Suffolk prosecutors said. The three men — Jean Carlos Arias Tejada, Enyer Osiel Martinez Avalos, and Rafael Maysonet-Pagan, all 24 — were arraigned in Chelsea District Court, with each of them being charged with 13 counts of distribution of a Class A substance, two counts of trafficking in a Class A substance, unlawful possession of ammunition, and unlawful possession of a firearm, said Jake Wark, spokesman for the Suffolk district attorney’s office. Tejada and Avalos both also face additional charges of possessing a fraudulent Massachusetts identification card, Wark said in an e-mail.
