Man arrested after dispute in Dorchester

A Dorchester man was arrested after police responded to a call about a hostage situation between a landlord and a tenant Monday, Boston police said. Anthony Boston, 57, was arrested on charges of assault by means of a dangerous weapon after threatening a man with a handgun following a dispute, police said. Boston complained to the victim about mice in his apartment before pulling out a gun, yelling, “I’ll get you,” and fleeing into another apartment, police said. A neighbor said that about 60 officers and three SWAT teams flooded the area and evacuated buildings. No additional details were available Monday.
